Wine & Dine Fundraiser Sponsors

As the only nonprofit in Arizona that helps recipients and their families as they adjust to life after transplant and embrace wellness to its fullest, Transplant Community Alliance invites you to be a sponsor at our 4th Annual Wine & Dine fundraising event on February 23, 2019.  Our event will be held in Florence, Arizona at the Windmill Winery and bus transportation is provided for sponsors and guests from uptown Phoenix.

 Sponsorship levels are:

$3,000 - Title Sponsor

“Event Sponsored by” acknowledgement & logo displayed on printed and online materials, thank you in a press release, sponsorship listed in our annual report and our newsletter, and programs and signage at the event, recognition at event as a Title Sponsor, full page, full color advertisement in program and 6 tickets to dinner

 $1,000 - Presenting Sponsors

Name and logo featured on our online marketing and website, Acknowledgement on our website and social media, recognition at event as a Presenting Sponsor, quarter page, full color advertisement in program and 4 Tickets to dinner

 $500 – Supporting Sponsor

Acknowledgement on our website and social media, verbal and visual recognition and 2 tickets to dinner

 All proceeds benefit transplant recipients needing financial assistance.  Last year, Transplant Community Alliance provided financial support to 26 of the 1,100 Arizonans who received transplants.  Your sponsorship and support will allow TCA to increase the number of people we serve and the amount of assistance we can provide for each.

Event attendees will have the opportunity to learn more about how Transplant Community Alliance’s critical financial support positively impacts Arizona recipients and their families.
